Pedro joined St Quintin as a graduate in 1983 specialising in development and development funding. Post qualification, he moved to Dixons Commercial Properties to specialise in West End office development.

In 1987, Pedro joined DTZ and spent the next few years as an associate director within the firm’s dedicated sales team.

Following a brief spell at Herring Baker Harris, Pedro joined Fineman Ross in 1994 where he became an equity partner. In 2003 he advised on the purchase of J Sainsbury’s development company for a consortium of investors and spent the subsequent two years advising and implementing the exit strategy. Thereafter he concentrated on the central London office market advising clients such as Land Securities, Derwent London, Rockpoint, Frogmore and Royal Brothers.
