Jonnie is the founder of Cortex Partners, having previously been a Partner at Sibal Welch. Prior to this, he was a Director of Colliers CRE, head of the firm’s All Markets Investment Team and was a retained investment advisor to Northern Ireland Local Government Offices Superannuation Committee (NILGOSC).
Jonnie has over 27 years of experience in the UK property investment market, advising clients on the disposal and acquisition of real estate across all sectors of the market, with a primary focus on the Portfolio, Multi-Let Industrial, Logistics and Retail Warehouse sectors.
Acting on behalf of UK institutions, UK property companies, listed REITs and private equity houses, Jonnie focuses on sourcing opportunities with added value through active management and development. His experience is wide ranging, including portfolio acquisitions and disposals, corporate sale and leasebacks, development and investment fundings and vacant sites.
Jonnie lives with wife Trish, daughters Georgia and Alexa and his dog Storm in Parsons Green.
